Select Start -> Settings -> Control Panel:
Double-click the 'Network' icon:
Select 'TCP/IP -> (Your ethernet adapter or wireless
card)', and then click 'Properties':
Check that 'Obtain IP address automatically' is
selected, and click 'OK':
