Checking Windows 95/98/ME DHCP Network Configuration

Select Start -> Run:

Type 'winipcfg' into the 'Open' line:

Select your ethernet or wireless adapter in the drop-down list, and check to see if there is an address starting with '192.168' in the 'IP Address' field:
